What Does the Science in the IPCC Reports Actually Say?
UN Secretary General António Guterres said, in a speech in June of 2024, that the world risks ‘careening to tipping points for climate disaster’. Earlier he said that climate change puts us 'firmly on track toward an unlivable world.' and that policy makers must 'sound a death knell for coal and fossil fuels, before they destroy our planet.'
Do his statements reflect mainstream climate science as published in the IPCC reports and mainstream policy prescriptions from climate economists?
